Would you be prepared for the bills that come with hospitalization?

Pays surgical benefits, with a maximum of $2,500.
Surgeries must be performed by a physician and may be performed on an in-patient or out-patient basis.

Pays $25 per day for in -hospital physician visits
Limited to $4,500 per confinement, one visit per day, and 180-day maximum.

Pays benefits directly to you.
Checks are paid directly to you to use as you wish. You have the option of assigning your benefits.
